For any of our monthly on-going services, like outsourced marketing, or social media marketing, we simply run a 30-day rolling contract (a contract that runs until an agreed period of notice, rather than until a particular date). We put our money where our mouth is, and we’re confident enough to work on rolling agreements because we do good, honest work.

This is a tricky question; whilst we strongly recommend that you write your own content to reflect your business, and the extensive knowledge base you have, we can of course, research and write the content for you. In terms of e-commerce stores, we will upload up to 5,000 products on your behalf for free, but it is up to you to provide the content, pictures and prices.

For the monthly services you pay a month in advance, allowing you to benefit from a 30-day rolling contract. However, you can sign a 6-12 month agreement and be invoiced 30 days after the first month. With project work, we request a 50% deposit, and the remaining money is paid when the project is within 24 hours of being complete. We also offer interest-free payment schemes that allow you to pay in four quarters, with a 25% deposit.

At the end of every month you will get a report based on the performance of the services you’ve taken out with us. We also offer unlimited revisions for most of our project work, which means you don’t pay the remaining money until you are completely satisfied.

We visit our clients based on their needs: we can visit every month, or even every week dependent on your package. However, a lot of our work is done over emails, phone calls and Skype (if needed), as our services are predominantly digital.

It’s easier to start with what we don’t do: we don’t give you a fancy 100-page strategy that looks great, but then leave you to do all the work. We do all the hard work. We create a strategy, but it’s an overview of our activities, with a series of objectives and proposals which will get you there. We keep things simple, honest, and of a genuinely good standard. So we post on your social media accounts, we design those e-shots and all your artwork, we optimise your site and maintain it. We don’t give you instructions of how to do it, as most of our clients either don’t have the expertise or the time to do it themselves. What you are mainly paying for, is expert labour.
