Affiliate Marketing – Apprentice

Job Description


We’re looking for a hard-working self-starter to join our team. Working under the Affiliate Manager at our Liverpool City Centre office you will assist in managing our Affiliates and Partnerships programme.

2. As an Affiliate Assistant you will be:

  • Supporting in the management of current affiliate programs in the UK and international markets
  • Efficient delivery of key processes and reporting across all markets
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
  • Briefing and sending out regular communications to affiliates; promotions, product launches, brand events etc.
  • Briefing assets and promotional materials required by affiliates to the relevant teams and key stake holders within the business
  • Being a useful point of contact to the affiliate network
  • Updating weekly reports across all markets, including year-on-year and versus forecast reporting
  • Validating affiliate transactions and sharing data with the relevant suppliers
  • Reporting on individual campaign performance and providing recommendations for future activity
  • Working alongside internal teams to harmonise strategies and contribute to the broader Digital Marketing programme
  • Managing the validation of sales within the channel
  • Identifying and recommending new opportunities to grow the affiliate channel
  • Sharing knowledge on industry trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the affiliate space

3. You will have the following background/skills:

  • Affiliate marketing experience, ideally gained from a high-growth, online or multi-channel business
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Be numerical and analytical, with a good proficiency in Excel
  • Have competency in all Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Have an understanding of online tracking platforms such as affiliate network dashboards (desirable)
